While many of our projects range from $250,000 to $1M+ for comprehensive home furnishing and construction management, we also welcome individual room transformations. MARIANNE JONES, Founder and Principal Designer

As Principal Designer and founder, Marianne leads the firm's creative vision while transforming her clients' design aspirations into carefully crafted spaces.

Her journey to interior design began in fine art and marketing, culminating in the launch of her firm in 2010 after executing several significant residential renovations.

Marianne's distinctive aesthetic and meticulous attention to detail quickly drew prestigious Michigan clients, eventually expanding her practice nationwide. This success led to the opening of a second office in California in 2022.

Marianne holds countless design awards, is featured in top-tier design publications, and boasts a long roster of residential and commercial clients across the country. While she’s known for a style that’s classic and inviting, Marianne believes in creating spaces that reflect the personalities that live there. Whether it’s a gray-shingled Nantucket getaway for a family of five or an office space for an avant-garde beauty brand, Marianne always designs with people in mind and draws inspiration from every client conversation, translating their stories and aspirations into thoughtfully designed spaces that enhance how they live and work. This human-centered approach ensures each project not only looks beautiful but genuinely serves the people who inhabit it.

ELLE TOR, Associate Partner, Senior Designer

As leader of the Michigan office, Elle orchestrates each project's evolution from architectural conception through final styling. Her comprehensive oversight ensures seamless execution at every stage, bringing precision and purpose to the design process.

Elle honed her expertise at Michigan State University's Interior Design program before spending five years at a prestigious residential firm. Since joining Marianne Jones in 2018, she has risen to become Michigan's lead designer in 2022, earning her role as Associate Partner through her distinctive vision and operational excellence.

Elle's design philosophy centers on the intersection of beauty and utility. She draws inspiration from her clients' daily rhythms and routines, crafting spaces that feel both sophisticated and effortlessly livable. Her fresh perspective shines through in unexpected combinations—artfully layering rich textiles, statement furniture, and custom millwork to create serene yet striking interiors that stand the test of time.

Shradha's genuine commitment to exceptional client service and project success drives her role in bringing design visions to life.
Her comprehensive education spans continents and disciplines—beginning with architectural studies in Delhi, followed by a Master of Interior Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona and an MBA from the University of the Cumberlands. This unique blend of creative and strategic expertise shaped her approach during five years in commercial and residential design before joining Marianne Jones in 2023.
With warmth and dedication, Shradha ensures every client interaction and project milestone advances smoothly toward the desired outcome. Her architectural background enhances her ability to anticipate needs and solve challenges proactively, while her passion for service excellence creates an engaging and supportive experience for clients throughout their design journey. She excels at fostering the collaborative relationships that turn design aspirations into beautifully realized spaces.
As a licensed builder and operations strategist, Tim brings precision and business acumen to every project while ensuring seamless execution of the design vision.
His 25-year career as an operations executive in global manufacturing culminated in overseeing the design and construction of a regional manufacturing facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan in 2017. Tim's multifaceted expertise—spanning management, sales, marketing, and human resources—combined with his passion for design excellence, elevates the firm's operational standards and client experience.
Beyond the office, Tim shares his love for precision and skill development as a ski instructor at North Star, embracing the Tahoe lifestyle and community. This balance of technical expertise and dynamic energy infuses his approach to project management, where he artfully blends rigorous attention to detail with creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional results.

Olivia infuses each project with artistic vision and environmental consciousness while supporting the design process from concept through completion.
Her creative journey began at The Art Institute of Chicago studying Film, Photo, and New Media before discovering her passion for interior design at Henry Ford College. This unique foundation in visual arts enriches her approach to spatial design. Following her design education, she honed her skills at a respected Michigan firm before bringing her distinctive perspective to Marianne Jones.
Olivia's enthusiasm shines brightest when crafting detailed space plans and renderings that help clients envision their future spaces. She has a particular talent for discovering unique, sustainable materials and textiles that add unexpected character to each project. Her blend of technical precision and artistic sensibility makes her an invaluable member of the design team, especially in creating environmentally conscious spaces that don't compromise on style.
